Standard shipping rates for lighting and commercial fan orders are based on the total cost of products in the order.

Shipping Rates for Poles and HVLS Fans
Pole and HVLS fan shipping is quoted on a per-project basis. Shipping costs depend on the delivery location, product size, order details, freight requirements, and other project-specific factors.
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO addresses.

- If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, or outside of the United States, please call or chat with us. We will help process your order and determine the most cost-effective shipping method available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please contact customer service with a cancellation request.
If an item has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but eligible items may be returned according to our return policy. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned in-stock items.
Special orders, shipped orders, and drop-shipped items cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Special orders and built-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
If only some products are in stock when your order is placed, the in-stock items may be shipped immediately. Back-ordered items will ship when stock is replenished, at no additional shipping charge.
You may also request that the order ship complete once all products are available.
Shipping Delays and Disclaimer
LED Lighting Supply is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond LED Lighting Supply's reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, acts of God, war or other hostilities, carrier delays, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies, Internet Service Providers, Internet backbone providers, power outages, or a failure, interruption, or delay of the server or website caused by an event outside the direct control of LED Lighting Supply.
