Who pays for the return shipping?
We will pay for return shipping if we messed up on our end. Otherwise, we suggest shipping the product back to us using FedEx or UPS.
Is there a restocking fee?
There is a 15% restocking fee on returns if you’re returning it because you changed your mind.
What if my order arrived non-working or damaged?
If the product did not arrive in the condition expected we will provide a replacement.
How long do I have to return a new working product?
