In this video, Neil Peterson of LED Lighting Supply takes you through some of the most common options to help you to choose the right Linear High Bay LED Lights for your business.\n\nAfter watching this video, you can browse our full line of Linear LED High Bays here: https://www.ledlightingsupply.com/commercial-lighting/led-high-bay-lights/linear-led-high-bay\n\nTranscript:\nHi, I'm Neil Peterson with LED Lighting Supply.\n\nI've talked to you about UFOs versus Linears.\n\nI have talked to you in detail about UFOs. \n\nToday, I'm going to talk in detail about our linear options.\n\nAs you can see, I have a couple of different versions here.\n\nWe have actually more model options than this.\n\nFor one, to just give you some sense of what what you get with a linear fixture, a linear fixture versus a UFO, again, is flat, you know, mounts up on the ceiling. \n\nWe have them ranging from 80 watt up to 500 watt.\n\nWe have low voltage, you're 100 to 277 volt and your high voltage, 347 to 480 volts.\n\nThey can come with motion sensors, integrated in in most cases, and they come standard with a wire or chain mount wire to the ceiling.\n\nYou can also get a pendant or surface mount bracket with most of them.\n\nMost of the time your linear fixtures are not IP65 because they're usually used indoor.\n\nThey are damp proof rated, but you can't really spray them down.\n\nWe do have a version that is IP66 and IK 10 rated if you did require that extreme environment version of a linear fixture.\n\nBut again, as you can see, there are different styles usually today.\n\nLinears used to be four feet long.\n\nNow most of your the linear fixtures are two feet long.\n\nEspecially when you go up to about 220 watts.\n\nWhen you start going above that 320 to 500 watts, you can sometimes go to 3 or 4 feet in length on those fixtures, but rarely will you find a 4 foot fixture, you know, anything under 220 watt. But they work great.\n\nThey usually come with a frosted lens. \n\nAs I mentioned, you can get integrated motion sensors.\n\nHere's an example of one now.\n\nThey usually don't come with a power cord, usually as part of the installation you're wiring right into the driver box. \n\nBut in our high end extreme environment fixture, it does come with a power cord because we needed the IP65 sealed connection.\n\nBut keep one of our salespeople a call.
