Disclaimer: LED Lighting Supply is not responsible for improper loading (ie what is mounted to the piling), installation costs, or foundation design of piling. Dimensions and specifications of pilings are subject to change without notice but the tip and butt dimensions will always be within ASTM specifications. While our main product line is southern yellow pine, we at times are able to offer other species including douglas fir and red pine. All poles are treated with CCA unless specified otherwise. Our standard treatment is .60 pounds per cubic foot.
Please be advised that our wood pilings are covered solely by a 1-year workmanship warranty, which ensures that the pilings are free from defects from the manufacturing process, and structural integrity, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Product Overview
The 45 Foot Class A .60 CCA Treated Southern Yellow Pine Piling is designed for use in marine and architectural site lighting applications. This piling is crafted from Southern Yellow Pine, known for its strength and durability, making it suitable for demanding environments. With a total height of 45 feet, it is ideal for supporting structures in marine settings, such as docks and piers, where stability and longevity are critical.
These pilings are treated with .60 CCA to resist decay and damage, ensuring a long service life even in harsh conditions. The Class A rating signifies its high load-bearing capacity, making it a reliable choice for waterfront structures. Manufactured to ASTM D25 standards, this piling meets stringent quality requirements for structural applications.
Core Performance and Output
The 45-foot piling offers robust structural capacity, supporting significant loads in marine environments. With a weight range of 1990-2330 lbs, it provides the necessary stability for various applications. The piling's EPA ratings and wind load performance ensure it can withstand environmental stresses typical of coastal and waterfront areas.
Its .60 CCA treatment enhances its resistance to decay, making it suitable for long-term use in wet and corrosive environments. The piling's dimensions, including a minimum pole top circumference of 28 inches and a minimum OD of 9 inches, contribute to its structural integrity and load-bearing capabilities.
Adjustability and Control Options
This piling does not feature adjustability or control options as it is a fixed structural component. Its primary function is to provide stable support for marine and architectural structures. The treatment options, ranging from .60 CCA to 2.5 CCA, allow for customization based on specific environmental needs and longevity requirements.
While the piling itself is not adjustable, its installation can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the site, ensuring optimal performance and stability in its intended application.
Longevity and Reliability
The Southern Yellow Pine material, combined with .60 CCA treatment, ensures the piling's longevity and reliability in marine environments. This treatment protects against decay and insect damage, extending the life of the piling even in harsh conditions.
Manufactured to ASTM D25 standards and treated to AWPA standards, this piling is built to withstand the rigors of marine and waterfront applications. Its Class A rating further underscores its reliability for supporting heavy loads and enduring environmental stresses.
