Product Overview

The 20 Foot Fiberglass Piling is designed for use in various structural applications, particularly in environments where corrosion resistance and durability are critical. This piling is constructed from fiberglass, offering a lightweight yet robust solution for supporting structures in marine and waterfront settings. With a total height of 20 feet and a width of 5 inches, it is suitable for direct burial installation, making it an ideal choice for projects requiring long-lasting performance in challenging conditions.

Fiberglass pilings are commonly used in environments where traditional materials like wood or steel may degrade over time due to exposure to moisture and salt. This piling is finished with a fluoropolymer coating, available in bronze, black, white, gray, or custom colors, ensuring it blends seamlessly with the surrounding aesthetics while providing superior protection against the elements.

Core Performance and Output

This fiberglass piling offers excellent structural capacity and environmental performance, making it suitable for a range of marine and waterfront applications. It is designed to withstand the harsh conditions typically found in coastal environments, providing reliable support for docks, piers, and other waterfront structures. The piling's non-conductive nature and resistance to corrosion make it a preferred choice over traditional materials in these settings.

With a pole weight of 85 lbs and a gauge of 0.25 inches, this piling provides a balance of strength and flexibility, ensuring it can handle the dynamic loads often encountered in marine applications. The direct burial installation method simplifies the setup process, reducing the need for additional mounting hardware and ensuring a secure, long-lasting installation.

Adjustability and Control Options

The 20 Foot Fiberglass Piling does not require additional adjustability or control options, as it is designed for straightforward installation and long-term stability. Its fixed height and direct burial installation method ensure that it remains securely in place once installed, providing consistent support for the intended structure.

Customization options are available in terms of color, allowing the piling to match the aesthetic requirements of the project. This flexibility in appearance does not compromise the structural integrity or performance of the piling.

Longevity and Reliability

Fiberglass pilings are known for their longevity and reliability, particularly in environments where exposure to moisture and salt can cause traditional materials to deteriorate. The fluoropolymer coating enhances the piling's resistance to environmental factors, ensuring it maintains its structural integrity over time.

With a 7-year warranty, this piling offers peace of mind, knowing that it is built to withstand the rigors of marine and waterfront applications. Its non-corrosive nature and resistance to biological growth further contribute to its long-term performance, making it a dependable choice for various structural projects.

Build Quality and Physical Characteristics

Constructed from high-quality fiberglass, this piling offers a combination of strength and lightweight properties, making it easy to handle and install. The 5-inch square profile provides a stable base for supporting structures, while the 0.25-inch gauge ensures durability under load.

The piling's fluoropolymer coating not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also provides an additional layer of protection against UV radiation, moisture, and chemical exposure. Available in multiple color options, it can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the project without compromising on performance.
