Product Overview

Our 40 Foot Wood Pole, crafted from Class 1 Ponderosa Pine, is designed for robust applications in sports lighting and stadium pole installations. This pole is treated with CCA to ensure durability against environmental factors such as termites, decay, and rot. With a total height of 40 feet and a direct burial installation method, it is suitable for outdoor environments where structural integrity is paramount. The pole's specifications align with ANSI O5.1 standards, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications.

Core Performance and Output

This wood pole offers a structural capacity that supports a range of lighting fixtures, with a weight capacity between 1000-1200 lbs. The pole's 40-foot height, with 34 feet above grade, provides ample elevation for effective light distribution in large areas. The CCA treatment enhances its resistance to environmental degradation, ensuring long-term performance. It is important to consider that the pole's height and weight capacity should match the specific requirements of the lighting fixtures and environmental conditions.

Adjustability and Control Options

The 40 Foot Wood Pole does not include integrated adjustability or control options. Its primary function is to provide a stable and durable mounting solution for lighting fixtures. Any adjustability or control features would be dependent on the fixtures installed on the pole.

Longevity and Reliability

Constructed from Ponderosa Pine and treated with CCA, this pole is designed for longevity in outdoor environments. The treatment process ensures resistance to decay and insect damage, contributing to a reliable lifespan. The pole's compliance with ANSI O5.1 standards further underscores its reliability for structural applications.

Build Quality and Physical Characteristics

The pole is manufactured from high-quality Ponderosa Pine, known for its strength and durability. With a minimum pole top circumference of 27 inches and a pole OD of 14.3 inches six feet from the butt, it offers substantial structural support. The direct burial installation method provides a secure foundation, essential for stability in various environmental conditions.

Where This Product Fits Best
