Product Overview
This adjustable LED wall pack delivers output from 7,800 to 15,600 lumens across four wattage settings: 60, 80, 100, or 120 watts. Color temperature is field-selectable between 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K. The fixture operates on 100-277V input and includes a built-in photocell for dusk-to-dawn switching.
The housing is die-cast aluminum with a dark bronze polyester powder coat finish rated for corrosion and UV resistance. The lens is polycarbonate with a 120-degree beam angle. This wall pack replaces 250 to 400 watt metal halide fixtures and is designed for outdoor perimeter and area lighting applications.
Dimensions are 14.2 inches long by 7.4 inches wide by 9.2 inches high. The fixture weighs 8 pounds. Rated lifespan is 50,000 hours with a CRI of 70 or greater.
Where This Product Fits Best
This wall pack is built for outdoor wall-mount applications where existing metal halide fixtures in the 250 to 400 watt range are being replaced. The IP65 rating allows installation in locations exposed to rain, dust, and washdown spray. Operating temperature range is -4 degrees F to 113 degrees F, which covers most exterior environments in temperate and cold climates.
The adjustable wattage and color temperature make this fixture suitable for sites where light levels or appearance may need to match adjacent fixtures or change based on final field conditions. The built-in photocell eliminates the need for timers or external controls when dusk-to-dawn operation is required.
Performance and Functional Considerations
Output ranges from 7,800 lumens at 60 watts to 15,600 lumens at 120 watts. Efficacy is 130 lumens per watt across all wattage settings. The 120-degree beam angle provides broad, even coverage typical of wall pack optics used for perimeter and area lighting.
Color temperature options span warm white at 3000K through neutral at 4000K to cool white at 5000K. This range allows the fixture to be matched to building aesthetics or existing site lighting. The 70-plus CRI is standard for exterior commercial applications where color accuracy is not critical.
Power factor exceeds 0.90 and total harmonic distortion is under 20 percent. The fixture accepts 100-277V input at 50-60Hz, which covers standard commercial voltages in most building electrical systems.
Installation and Long-Term Use
The fixture mounts directly to a wall surface. Wattage and color temperature are set using onboard selectors accessible during installation. Once configured, the settings remain fixed unless the fixture is reopened and adjusted.
The built-in photocell activates the fixture automatically at dusk and turns it off at dawn. No external photocell, timer, or control wiring is required for this operation. The die-cast aluminum housing and bronze powder coat finish are designed to resist corrosion and UV degradation over the rated 50,000-hour lifespan.
The polycarbonate lens provides impact resistance appropriate for exterior wall-mount locations. At 8 pounds, the fixture is manageable for single-person installation on typical commercial wall substrates.
How This Fixture Is Commonly Used
After installation, this wall pack operates automatically based on ambient light conditions. The photocell handles on-off cycling without requiring user intervention or external controls. Facilities staff typically interact with the fixture only during initial setup or if output or color adjustments are needed.
The wattage selector allows the installer or maintenance team to tune output to match the actual site conditions observed after dark. If a location needs less light than originally expected, the wattage can be reduced without replacing the fixture. The same applies to color temperature, which can be adjusted if the initial selection does not match adjacent fixtures or building appearance.
This fixture does not dim. It operates at the selected wattage whenever the photocell signals darkness. For applications requiring dimming, occupancy response, or integration with building controls, a different fixture with those capabilities would be required.
Safety, Certifications, and Warranty
This fixture is UL listed and rebate eligible. The IP65 rating allows exposure to water jets from any direction and protects against dust ingress. The operating temperature range of -4 degrees F to 113 degrees F defines the ambient conditions the fixture is rated to operate within.
We provide a 5-year warranty on this product.
