Wash Down LED Light Fixtures
We have many Pharmaceutical LED Lighting fixtures that are wash-down ready. And all our NSF-rated lights are wash-down ready with IP68 / IP69K washdown ratings.
Best Color Temperature for Pharmaceutical Lighting
We would recommend either 4000K or 5000K. They’re both designed to work well in commercial facilities. 5000K is a white light and it’s what we see most used.
Best Light Levels for Pharmaceutical Spaces
Because of the nature of the work and the stringent quality control processes, we would recommend light levels around 50-foot candles. For warehouse spaces, 20 foot candles are a good target. For complex task areas, 100 foot candles are a good target.
