This fabrication shop contacted us at LED Lighting Supply to upgrade their facility. They wanted to go to energy efficient LED Low Bay Fixtures. Our Lighting Specialists utilized the lighting design software to provide an LED upgrade. These lights, per fixture, consumed 360 Watts less than 400 Watts metal halide lights with 60 Watts ballast draw. This is a 78% reduction in energy consumption which means increased energy savings. These LED fixtures provide better, brighter and more balanced lighting throughout the fabrication shop.
How Much Does Lighting Cost?
Converting to LED may not be as expensive as an online search may show but it can be overwhelming. A quick search can show hundreds of options and solutions, even for lighting an indoor space. Once our Lighting Specialists have picked the best fixture options for the project, such as the MLLG-AL-LED-CANLB-100-50, they send the information over to our Product Specialists. Our Product Specialist takes the information and using our design software generates a lighting plan such as the one below. The lighting plans we create can be color coded and include a color legend to make viewing easier for the customer.
